Construct an enhanced pedestrian crossing at Boise Ave/Manitou, including installation of RRFB on west side of intersection, ADA pedestrian ramps on west side of crossing, and installation of bike push-buttons at the curb-side for both NB and SB cyclist movements. There is an add alternate for the construction of an enhanced pedestrian crossing at Bannock & 23rd St.
