The scope of work the item being sought to purchase is:
Procure two portable (trailer mounted) ground power and preconditioned air system combo units to service two parking positions at the existing West Cargo Apron facility at the Boise Airport, and electrical infrastructure to serve GPU/PCA combo units. Construction requires trenching, boring, pavement repair, installing electrical vaults, service pedestals, conduit and conductors. Other work elements include mobilization, safety compliance and drain inlet protection.
