Project Description:
The scope of work for this project includes a 4,118 s.f. demolition and tenant improvement remodel. The scope of work will consist of demolition of existing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and all associated items. Tenant improvement build back will include a reception area, offices, work areas, conference rooms, break room, and restrooms. Light gage metal framing, Insulation, Drywall, Painting, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Acoustical Ceilings, Windows, Masonry, Chain Link Fencing, Floor Covering, Cabinetry, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work. The work required on exterior will be the demolition of selected windows which will be filled to match existing brick exterior finish and demolition of exterior wall to install new clerestory windows, exterior painting and chain link fencing.
