DPW 2020173 - North Idaho College, Steam Plant Elimination Project

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include; Phase 1 of 2 projects to decommission the existing steam heating plant by removing the existing steam fired heating and ventilating equipment in 5 separate buildings with new systems using either natural gas and electricity or hot water heating systems already functioning in the building. Project will include demolition and removal of the existing steam systems and exposed piping.
