A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The removal of the existing mechanically attached single-ply roofing membrane and associated wall & curb flashing. The existing ¼” Dens, 1” perlite board, 3 -ply BUR,(Asbestos Containing material) & 1” wood fiber to remain. Install new 80 MIL TPO mechanically attached, EPS cricket behind Mechanical equipment with ½” cover board mechanically attached & new wall and curb flashing.
