A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: The scope of work includes construction of a new 3-story dorm building to be occupied by 180 cadets. Work includes site development and building construction. All rough grading for the building pad and site access road has been completed under a separate contract. All site utilities (except electrical) have been extended to the building pad, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer domestic water, and fire suppression water.
