Remove vegetation along top of berm that is within the drip line of the building’s roof overhang and vegetation that inhibits positive drainage away from the building. Remove & stockpile rock ballast including weed barrier at berm as required to infill and re- slope berm for positive drainage away from building. Infill depressed areas with clean topsoil, new weed barrier, redistribute rock mulch and additional mulch as required. Remove existing gutters and downspouts, install new gutters & downspouts. Bid Alternate 1: Install new heat trace in gutters. Bid Alternate 2: Install new snow rail system on existing standing seam roof.
