Valley County Road Department Maintenance Facility

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the construction of a new 13,000 sf

maintenance and office facility including excavation, fill and landscaping. The work associated with this project

includes limited sitework, landscaping, concrete hardscape, pre-engineered metal building and foundation design

and construction, interior framing and finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection underground water

supply.
