A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the reconstruction of Radar Road
extending from Cottonwood Butte Road to west of the NICI facility and interior facility improvements.
Reconstruction of Radar Road includes demolition of the existing roadway and new base course, wearing
coarse, shoulders, drainage ditch and storm culvert replacements. Interior improvements include parking
lot resurfacing, curb and gutter, stormwater controls and piping, and concrete pads for the fuel area, gate
and dumpster area.
Estimated Cost: $3,600,000
