Cassia SD CRTC Diesel Program Shop

Project Description: New shop building to house the cassia county school district #151, CRTC diesel

program. The proposed building is fully sprinklered with fire alarm system designed to account for a

future (24,000 sf) educational building connected to this building as part of a separate / future project on

the same site. Any reference to 'future building' within this project is not in scope. See civil for scope of

direct water and fire suppression services. From the school district and diesel program head instructor,

for all instances of use this shop building will only be used by one class of students and set of

instructors at any time. The actual occupancy, for typical daily use, will be at 30 occupants (max).

designed for separate electrical service with own transformer per electrical drawings and its own gas

service with meter per plumbing drawings. This project identifies a sand & grease interceptor as part of
