A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include road realignment, pedestrian
improvements, and landscaping improvements to pedestrian mall along Idaho Ave. and the Kibbie Access
Road. This work is to improve the existing infrastructure and enable pedestrian movement in this area. The
project will include asphalt removal; road, curb, and gutter construction; pedestrian lighting; landscaping; as
well as decorative elements such as fence and pavers.
