Base Bid:
The contractor shall install isolation valves on the hot and cold water lines serving a
common riser of 4 cells. This shall be typical of Blocks E, F, and H.
The contractor shall install “screw driver stops” on all shower hot and cold water supply
lines. This shall be typical of Blocks E, F, and H.
Contractor shall completely replace all hot and cold water piping associated with the
block tempering stations for Blocks E, F, G, and H. New recirculation pumps and mixing
valves shall be provided.
Bid Alternate #1:
The contractor shall install isolation valves on the hot and cold water lines serving a
common riser of 4 cells. This shall be typical of Block G.
The contractor shall install “screw driver stops” on all shower hot and cold water supply
lines. This shall be typical of Block G.
Bid Alternate #2:
Contractor shall install “anti-scald” temperature monitoring stations on the tempering
stations associated with Blocks E, F, G, and H.
