A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include:
Base Bid: Waterproofing the existing building foundation on the south side of the building, connecting to
existing roof drains on the northeast and south side of the building and existing drainage basins located
adjacent to the east side of the generator enclosure on the north side of the building and routing the drainage
to a new seepage bed that will be constructed on the east side of the building.
Add Alternate 1: Waterproofing the existing building foundation on the northwest side of the building,
connecting to existing roof drains on the northwest side of the building and existing drainage basins located
adjacent to the west side of the generator enclosure on the north side of the building and routing the drainage
to a new seepage bed that will be constructed on the north side of the building.
Add Alternate 2: Waterproofing the chase on the north side of the building.
