A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: removing existing
mechanically attached metal roofing system, ¾” EPS insulation boards, original (3) ply – B.U.R.
and fiberglass insulation down to the structural steel roof deck. Install new single-ply roofing
system consisting of 80 mil TPO Roofing Membrane fully adhered (1) layer of 2.5”
polyisocyanurate over mechanically attached self-adhering vapor barrier over (1) layer of 2.6”
polyisocyanurate.
Estimated Cost: $1,480,401.00
