A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: A new building addition to the existing Lakeside building on the North Idaho College
Campus. The addition is for a new classroom space with a new adjacent exterior stage. Some selective demolition and remodeling of the existing building will
occur to accommodate the new addition and address accessibility to the space. New structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is a part of the
scope of this addition as delineated within the contract documents
