A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: The interior remodel for the
Division of Career Technical Education located on the basement floor, of the Len B Jordan Building
(LBJ). The project scope encompasses approximately 1,383 square feet of existing space to be remodeled,
providing new offices and workstations.
Estimated Cost: $120,000.00
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
