Base Bid: Contractor is to install a 2nd fluid cooler on the heat pump loop, new piping, electrical
power and controls as required for the installation. The base bid will include the installation of a
new concrete pad to mount the fluid cooler on and the chemical feed system for the fluid cooler.
Bid Alternate #1: Contractor is to build a masonry enclosure around the new cooling tower per
the architectural and structural drawings included.
Estimated Cost: $534,750.00
